Location: Washington, DC CECA, LLC, is responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Architectural General building Third Party Inspections. The services provided for the coordination of the total inspection group to ensure a smooth project closeout to secure the Use and Occupancy permit for the building and each tenant. A 500,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Washington, DC’S Columbia Heights neighborhood sits on a 4.9 acre site has 500 feet of frontage along 14th Street, 225 feet along Park Road and 500 feet along Irving Street. The three-story complex is anchored by a 2-level Target store of approximately 180,000 square feet and includes high quality specialty retailers, restaurants and various other entertainment and recreational uses. The DC USA Mall is a pedestrian-oriented retail destination where most of the stores are entered directly from the street. |
