Total Site: 49 acres

CECA LLC was responsible for all phases of the electrical construction for this new facility including the purchase and installation of a 500kva utility transformer. Interior work included, but not limited to a full commercial kitchen wiring, Hinkley Lighting 3 tier chandeliers in multipurpose room and Fire Alarm/Mass Notification Systems. Exterior work includes installing 25’ AERIS luminaires on 3’ concrete bases throughout entrance and parking areas. Decorative Stone Bollard lighting complements the view from the river.

We are activity involved with BGE, PEPCO Energy Service, Johnson controls and others in rebates programs and performance contracts to significantly reduce electrical consumption in facilities throughout DC Metropolitan Area. We specify and install the latest lighting technologies utilizing T-8,T-5 and LED lamps, electronic Ballasts and occupancy sensors to achieve energy reduction goals.

The renovation of the 1965 Apartment Complex gave life to a new Condominium Complex, designed for young growing families and busy professionals. Each unit features hardwood floors, with updated open kitchen with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floor and counter backsplash, ceramic tile bathroom floor and shower walls, carpeted bedrooms and utility room with washer and dryer appliances.

CECA, LLC, teaming with the design firm of HH Architects, Texas, is responsible for MP & E, design and the Architectural Construction Documents for the First Baptist Church of Glenarden located in Landover, Maryland. This 205,000 square foot church consists of a 4,000-seat sanctuary, over 1,300 sq.ft. of office space, 44 classrooms, 6 multi-purpose rooms; choir rehearsal and practice rooms, full audio/video capabilities and more.

Monarch Academy is a place where children are encouraged to think critically, to question, reflect and participate in a rigorous, highly interactive instructional program that integrates arts and technology across the curriculum.

CECA, LLC is responsible for A/E design of the Glen Burnie, Maryland Campus of the Children’s Guild School. The unique teaching environment serves the emotionally disturbed child through exploring and discovering. The teaching style of the school dictates a fun and mesmerizing interior design with lots of symbolic themes and colors, this 17,746 square foot interior renovation consist of 6 classrooms, Music Room, Art Room, Library, Cafeteria and Multi-purpose room.

CECA, LLC, provided General Building, Electrical and Mechanical Commercial Inspections Services for both Base buildings and Tenant Build outs

The 85 million dollar open-air shopping center located on the site of the former Capital Centre features a Main Street Theme and covers approximately 55 acres on the Washington Beltway. The facility has more than 70 establishments housed in 490,000 square feet.
